A 150 year old Heritage listed Historic Hotel in North Adelaide with a fabulous Art Nouveau appearance which we very successfully altered into two houses with the Hotel license being sold to enable the "Archer" Hotel to come into existence.

Within one hour of driving Adelaide Environs contains an incredible amount of diverse attractions that would take many days to fully explore.
Rodney and Regina Twiss suggest that within an hours drive from Adelaide encapsulates fully the diversity & inenviable, captivating lifestyle found in our part of Australia.
They have been overwhelmed this long summer season with the number of their International guests who are thinking & planning to migrate to South Australia.
Whether it is the huge selection of vineyards, beaches, River Murray & Lakes or undulating rolling hills, Adelaide Environs has it all.
For several weeks in Late January Rodney and Regina Twiss have holidayed in an esplanade Beach side Cottage overlooking the fabulous South Coast of Adelaide Environs with its huge surf, New Zealand Seals, Pods of Dolphins, clean Ozone laden sandy beaches, Horse Trams, Steam Trains, Coastal Walkways, Exotic seafood, produce trails, Boating Charters, Nature Trails ???????
